Dragon Road

Dragon Road by Laurence Yep, that is 290 pages, describes how everyone can have a hope, even in the smallest of areas. Calvin, or otherwise known as Flash, does devilish basketball scams to get money with his friend Barney. His scams sometimes work and sometimes don't, but on one day a man asks them both to join his Chinese touring basketball team. He travels all over the country where he gets the experience of his life. This story shows that even though Calvin started out as a bad guy, he turned himself around and started a new life.
